By accessing or using GetSerbisyo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Services

GetSerbisyo is a marketplace connecting customers with local service providers. We do not provide the services listed on the platform and are not responsible for the quality of work performed by providers.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account details up to date.

4. Provider Commission

Providers agree to pay a commission on completed bookings. Rates depend on your tier: Free (15%), Basic (12%), or Pro (10% + P499/month subscription).

5. Limitation of Liability

GetSerbisyo is provided "as is." We are not liable for any disputes between customers and providers, nor for any damages arising from the use of our platform.
